4th of July Weekend (part 2)

We started off yesterday afternoon with trying out her baby pool. And honestly, I think she was more interested in playing with the grass. She kind of just sat there and stared at me like "What am I supposed to do now"





She was styling though in her matching bathing suit and glasses! Maybe next time I'll just let her play with the grass and I'll use the pool to cool off!



After that we headed over to Alex's mom's house for a barbecue with his whole family. Like I've said before, it's a lot tougher to get pictures of her now that she can move around so much.








After dinner we stripped her down to her bathing suit and gave her a slice of watermelon. I think at first she wasn't sure about it but it wasn't long before she dove in head first. And she loved it! She practically ate the whole slice and then was sent immediately upstairs for a bath. She event had watermelon pieces that had fallen into her diaper.
